Repeater Bolt Throwers can fire in one of two ways. In each Shooting phase, the Repeater Bolt Thrower may either shoot a single bolt (see the rule book under Bolt Throwers) or may fire a volley.

If using the volley option then the Repeater Bolt Thrower shoots six bolts in the Shooting phase. These shots cannot pierce ranks and only inflict one wound each, rather than D3. All bolts must be directed against a single target. Volleys have a range of 48", Strength 4, with armour saves suffering a -2 penalty.

Note: The Repeater Bolt Thrower is incredibly accurate and is not subject to the multiple shots special weapon rule.
