Enemy Wizards within 24" of one or more Cygors must take a Leadership test at the beginning of the Magic phase. If the test is failed, the Wizard has lost his nerve - any spell he fails to cast this Magic phase will result in a miscast. Note that there is no unusual effect if the spell is merely dispelled.
