Teclis is a Level 4 Wizard and may choose any one of the eight Lores of Magic or High Magic before the game starts. Whichever Lore he chooses, he knows all six spells.

In addition, any spell cast by Teclis will be cast with Irresistible Force on any successful casting roll which includes a double, except a Miscast.
