P'tarix can steal a portion of the power enemies use to cast spells. Whenever an enemy successfully casts a spell (including Bound Spells, etc) the Daemons of Chaos player may put a dice to one side. Any dice collected in this way are added to his pool of Power dice in the next friendly Magic phase.
