As long as at least a single Packmaster or Master Moulder is alive a unit of Rat Ogres can use his Leadership and Strength in Numbers rule. Additionally, if a unit of Rat Ogres begins a friendly turn without at least one Packmaster or Master Moulder they must test for Stupidity.
