The Stone of Midnight was a gift to Morathi from Aenarion, the first and mightiest of the Phoenix kings. It was stolen from her palace by Alith Anar, who made mockery of the sorcerous wards that protected it, and deftly evaded the guardians of the Hag Queen. The Hag Sorceress has promised the gift of eternal youth and a night of debauchery with the most beautiful of her Witch Elves to whoever can return her treasure.
