Although it is the magic of the Liche Priests that animates the Tomb King's army, it is also by the will and force of personality of the Tomb king himself that they move and fight. Tomb Kings and Princes are powerful leaders, able to instill their warriors with their own vigour.

A Tomb King may cast two Incantations (either Mankara's Incantation of Urgency or Horekhah's Incantation of Righteous Smiting) at a Power Level of D6, using them either on himself and a unit he has joined or on any other friendly Tomb Kings unit within 6". He may cast the same Incantation twice.
A Tomb Prince may cast Mankara's Incantation of Urgency or Horekhah's Incantation of Righteous Smiting during the Magic phase on himself, or himself and the unit he has joined if he is with a unit. This Incantation is cast at a Power Level of D6.
